Immersive Sound Experiences

Sound Baths are a sensory treat for your nervous system! There is no water involved and you don’t have to “do” anything but lay down, relax and listen to the relaxing sounds made with various sized and colored “singing bowls.” It’s a great 30-60 minute experience to relax and let go of whatever stress you’re carrying.

Bring something comfy to lie on, such as a yoga mat or thick soft blanket, a pillow if you wish, and a blanket to cover up during the experience. Some people bring eye masks to cover and provide some gentle comfort for their eyes. Sarah Gardner is a master at providing a healing experience through her soothing voice and ultra-relaxing sound. A must-try!

A Place To Float

Okay, so this one DOES involve water. Float Therapy has been increasing in popularity and we have our very own spot to experience the relaxing benefits here in Indianapolis! The absence of sound, touch, and light helps remove external distractions while you float. The floating tanks include large amounts of Epsom salts to help relax muscles as well as keep you afloat during the experience.
