Indiana Counseling & Resilience Center is an out-of-network provider and does not accept or bill to any insurance companies. Fees are due at the time of service and range from $140-$165. Clients may pay with cash, credit/debit cards or HSA/FSA cards.

PPO (Preferred Provider Organizations) and POS (Point-of-Service) plans cover out-of-network providers. Contact your insurance company to verify your benefits.

Payment process: (1) Fees are paid at the time of service, (2) We submit reimbursement requests to your insurance on your behalf and (3) Your insurance company reimburses you directly.
