RELATIONSHIPS | STRESS & ANXIETY | DEPRESSION

Are you feeling like you're merely getting through each day, rather than truly living it? Do you find yourself overwhelmed, juggling too many responsibilities, and questioning whether you're “good enough”? It’s exhausting, and this strain might even be seeping into your relationship — leaving you and your partner disconnected, longing for the closeness you once had.

Many of my clients come to therapy with similar challenges. Whether you're a college student trying to balance academics, work, and social life, or an adult navigating the demands of family, work, and relationships, therapy can be a space to reclaim your life. I specialize in helping individuals and couples like you find their way back to a place of connection, fulfillment, and emotional well-being.

In our work together, you'll develop the confidence to set healthy boundaries, improve your relationships — both romantic and social — and build the tools you need to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Your journey is unique, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself!

JUST FOR FUN!

I have lived in Indiana all my life, where I earned my bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and my master’s degree from the University of Indianapolis.

I like to spend my free time with family and friends, enjoying activities like traveling and exploring nature. Camping on Lake Michigan is a favorite of mine — it’s close to home, and I love spending time at the lake! When I am at home, I like to bake or read a good book. The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah is my top pick; it’s historical fiction told from a women’s perspective during World War II, and it truly tells a great story!
