How To Get Started
Step 1
Choose your preferred appointment time for your first session. Our fantastic Practice Manager, Kim, will contact you to answer any of your questions.
Step 2
Complete your Intake Paperwork on the secure online Client Portal to provide background info to your therapist
Step 3
Meet with your therapist for your first appointment to begin working on your goals

Why Resilience?
Resilience is defined as “the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties” (New Oxford American Dictionary). Although resilience helps us recover quickly, it involves many skills that are developed over time.
